Do you work with large organisations in Toronto?

Yes. Can you remove gum and graffiti from a retail frontage?

Yes — it's one of our specialties. Gum builds up quickly anywhere with steady foot traffic, particularly retail plazas, condo entrances and open commercial squares. We use commercial high-pressure equipment with cleaning agents to lift it without damaging the surface underneath, and the aim is that the repair is invisible: a gum removal job should leave no trace that it was ever there.

Are you WSIB compliant? Our property manager will ask.

Yes. We are WSIB and CSPAAT compliant, and we hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We guarantee our work.

Can you work without shutting our business down?

That's the normal arrangement. Work areas are maintained and monitored throughout the day to keep them clean and safe, and surrounding areas are checked regularly so they stay free of hazards — which is what allows a business to keep operating while work is underway. Our crews maintain a professional atmosphere on site to minimise interference with your operations and your customers.

Why does slip resistance matter on a commercial property?

Because liability sits with the property owner. Concrete, stone or brick that isn't properly cleaned and sealed can develop uneven, damaged surfaces that cause trips and falls. We apply a slip-resistant final sealer as a standard feature on all pattern concrete and natural stone we seal, and a slip-resistant option is available for smooth concrete. No surface is immune when wet or icy, but this substantially reduces the risk.

How often should commercial pattern concrete be resealed?

Every two to three years is our recommendation for maintaining the most presentable surface. Sealing virtually stops pitting, which dramatically extends the lifespan of the stone. Left unsealed, pattern concrete deteriorates prematurely from salt damage and the freeze-and-thaw cycles that Toronto puts it through every winter, and it will eventually pit and break up.

Do you clean building exteriors and stucco?

Yes — we clean the exterior of low-rise commercial structures, and stucco cleaning is work we regularly carry out. One of our published reviews is from a customer whose new stucco wall we looked after.

Do you take on homes as well, or only commercial?

Both. A good portion of our clients are commercial property owners, but we service plenty of homes as well — decks, fences, pergolas, sheds, interlock driveways, walkways, patios, retaining walls and garage floors.

Which Toronto areas do you cover?

All of Toronto and the surrounding region, including Scarborough (where we're based), North York, Etobicoke and the downtown core, plus Vaughan, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Markham, Stouffville, Mississauga, Oakville, Pickering, Ajax and Whitby. How long does a sealed or stained surface last?

On horizontal wood surfaces like a deck floor, one to five years. On vertical surfaces like fencing, up to ten. For interlock, natural stone and pattern concrete, plan on resealing every two to three years. Exposure to sun, traffic, overhanging trees, precipitation and seasonal freeze-thaw all shift those numbers.

Do you use environmentally friendly products?

Yes. We use only environmentally sensitive cleaning and sealing products, and our procedures are aimed at minimising waste and keeping chemicals out of the ground.
