1. A 50% deposit is taken at time of booking. Final payment is required prior to the crew commencing the completion of the job.
2. The stain colour or finish must be approved in writing prior to application.
3. Areas that Seal Tech will be working on need to be cleared of furniture, kids toys etc. Please insure that there are no bee hives in the working area.
4. Seal Tech does not assume any liability for damaged items left in or/on the work area that have not been moved by homeowner. If necessary our techs may move items in order to complete work, and assume no liability.
5. Any debris from pets must be picked/cleaned up before the arrival of the Seal Tech crew. All pets must be kept inside while the Techs are working.
6. Irrigation systems must remain off until 24hr after project completion.
7. Seal Tech will require access to outside water and electricity.
8. Clear Access to the work area is required, For example: Side gates need to be unlocked, etc.
9. If Seal Tech is unable to commence the job due to unfulfilled responsibility as
outlined in this document, there will be a re-scheduling fee of $250.00. For example: No water, electricity, locked gate etc.
10. In the event the job is cancelled after the initial deposit a $250.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
11. The customer is responsible to carry out a final inspection (prior to the crew leaving the job site) In the event that this is not done and the crews needs to return there will be a charge of $250.00 e-transfered prior to returning.
12. In the event of a stop-payment or NSF cheque there will be a charge of $75.00.
13. By agreeing to have work done by Seal Tech you agree to all conditions set out in this home owner agreement and responsibilities including all extra fees if applicable.
Pool Owners
Seal Tech Crews use extreme caution keeping as much debris out of the pool as possible. Any debris that ends up in the pool is normal and will not damage any pool parts or equipment.
